The author states in his acknowledgements that "I've personally executed the transactions and functionality presented in this book to ensure that it all work in the new SAP S/4HANA environment". You've got to give him credit that he tried; too many other technical authors don't even bother.I found no major problems with the book, until Chapter 11 SAP BPC for SAP S/4HANA Finance. The author always liberally illustrates his text with screen prints, and I have no doubt that he indeed got everything to work as advertised.Here's the problem: You won't. You simply can not implement BPC for S4HANA following his instructions. I've tried twice now and have encountered too many dead ends. Things really deteriorate with section 11.5 SAP Business Objects BI Content Bundle.I am using a 1709 Best Practices system and am unable to replicate or use BPC with HANA following the author's explanations. Perhaps he'll get it right in the 3rd edition. We can always hope
