I am interested in Calisthenics and my friend recommended me this guide. This book contains body weight exercises that literally work out muscles on our entire body giving us enviable chiseled look. I found this guide very informative and useful. It is well written and easy to understand. I liked this book very much and I am glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I find this book helpful to learn and practicing calisthenics. It has full of different exercises for building muscles and to have great physique. I have been looking for some new tricks for crossover push-ups that help build upper body strength, especially arms and core. Pictures with each exercise help to understand the actual postion of body while performing that exercise.

I am overweight so I really need exercise. I chose calisthenics because I want to work on my leg muscles too. This book is a great guide on learning calisthenics.
